A Pennsylvania native, Alexa graduated from Marywood University in northeast Pennsylvania in 2020, where she laid the solid foundation for her career as a physician assistant. Following two years of rigorous work in urgent care, she moved to South Florida with her husband in 2022 to join The Hirsh Center team.
Since joining The Hirsh Center family, Alexa has flourished while working closely with Dr. Hirsh, gaining firsthand experience in rheumatology, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and non-surgical orthopedics. With a strong and unwavering commitment to her patients, Alexa excels in providing comprehensive care. As a physician assistant she loves working closely with the other Hirsh Center providers to provide optimal patient care.
Alexa enjoys baking layered cakes and going on long walks with her husband and their pug, Hank. She also loves eating Italian and Mexican cuisine, cooking, traveling and relaxing at the beach.
